Monthly analytics for 2019 will be starting in February, but today we’re announcing your 2018 year review! We’ve tried our best to give you a quick snapshot of how you’re doing in your industry. For those offices that want more granular control, we offer some customization to make your production values and estimates make more sense.

A few things to keep in mind. Our analytics only show production estimates and actions from the website. They don’t yet account for actions taken by your Google My Business listing (but THAT IS COMING!). Our production estimates are based on industry standards and averages for conversion rates and case fees. They do not necessarily reflect actual production values since tracking how someone was ‘converted’ in your office is technically unfeasible. However, we do our best to track what we can for inbound conversions and convert that to estimated production.
